Mad Princes Brewing

Mad Princes Brewing is a nano-brewery located in Bucks County, PA. Owners Jim and Kurt Ludwig proudly serve up unique and undervalued, Bavarian-style beers using local ingredients and mad mash skills. The brothers named their brewery in honor of their namesake, Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria.

Mad Princes Brewing had only been in business for one year when we met Jim and Kurt. They were off to a great start and their beers were enough to make customers want to come back...but they needed the right marketing to get those customers through the door in the first place. Our first step was creating a website that was true to their story and consistent with the personality they (and their beers) exuded. From there, we designed business cards, coasters, and social media graphics that were aesthetically and tonally consistent with the website. The result is a brand distinguishable from other breweries—lively, inviting, and unconventional.

COPYWRITING EXCERPT:

"We hereby declare our brewhouse to be a place of merriment, tomfoolery, and camaraderie. A place where all are welcome to sit, sip and savor our finely crafted beer in the company of princes and peasants alike. So what say ye? Let us lower the drawbridge and raise a pint to madness!"

THE GOLBET (or CHALICE)
Gather round thee keg and heed me lesson: Know ye glass, young lad and lass. For as soon as beer is poured, new colors, aromas, and tastes are explored. Hidden nuances stand up and sing, colors shimmer, and flavors ping. With the right glass, the beer is just better. So know ye glass and ne’er be a fretter.

Use with these Beer Styles: Belgian IPA, Belgian Strong Dark Ale, Berliner Weissbier, Dubbel, Quadrupel (Quad)
